The cutting-edge facility is thoughtfully designed to merge practicality with environmental mindfulness, offering key features that will enhance campus operations and reinforce Northlands College’s dedication to sustainable development:
- Natural Color Palette: The building’s design embraces the surrounding wooded landscape by incorporating a natural color palette, seamlessly blending the structure with its environment.
- Architectural Elegance: A stunning Indigenous Tipi arch, backlit with energy-efficient LED lighting, serves as a striking and meaningful focal point at the facility’s main entrance. This unique architectural element celebrates our Indigenous heritage and sustainable design.
- Versatile Workshop: The facility’s workshop is equipped to manage a variety of maintenance tasks, supporting the construction and repair needs of all Northlands College campuses.
- High Bay Storage: Designed for efficiency, the high bay storage area will optimize inventory control and provide easy access to essential equipment and materials, ensuring streamlined operations across the College.
