La Ronge
La Ronge is a vibrant northern town of approximately 2,700 people, located on the shores of Lac La Ronge and next to Lac La Ronge Provincial Park. As the largest full‑service community in Northern Saskatchewan, it offers access to healthcare, education, retail, and recreation. La Ronge works closely with Air Ronge and the Lac La Ronge Indian Band (LLRIB), creating a diverse and collaborative regional community. Air Ronge

Creighton is a welcoming northern community with a population of just over 1,500 people. Northlands College Salaries are in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Northlands College and the Saskatchewan Government and General Employee’s Union (SGEU). For more information on salaries, click here to download the latest SGEU Collective Agreement.
In addition, employees are eligible for seven (7) additional paid leave days, known as Special Northern Leave, after completing one year of full-time equivalency.
