Matching students with locals in the community – a true win-win

What’s different about SpacesShared?

  • SpacesShared simplifies and enhances the student rental experience for hosts by using a sophisticated algorithm to create match scores based on living preferences, location and personality.
  • Their platform is entirely self-contained from application, to agreement, rent and relationship management on its website, making it easy for hosts and students to connect, agree on a mutually beneficial contract and its terms and handle rent payments.
  • Hosts may find significant benefits in having an extra set of hands around the house. In addition to companionship, students may be able to help out with tech support and light assistance with household chores, resulting in discounted rates.
  • Safety is top of mind for SpacesShared. Students and Hosts can rest easy knowing that their match has undergone a criminal background check prior to moving in. SpacesShared also verifies personal identity, email address, phone number, listing address, and student status.
