Northlands College is seeking an Accounting Technician for our Head Office located in Air Ronge. This position is a permanent, full-time position. The start date is as soon as possible.

The Accounting Technician is an in-scope position reporting to the Director, Finance. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in carrying out the accounting function for the College.  The Accounting Technician has a range of accounting duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to performing monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and student rents, creating journal entries for items such as recording costs and correcting coding errors, reviewing accounts payable batches, editing as required and generating monthly financial reports from the accounting system.

Candidate must possess a minimum of two-year post-secondary diploma in relevant courses and two years of relevant experience.
