Pathways To Adult 12 – Fond-Du-Lac

The Pathways to Adult 12 program helps adult learners prepare for Adult 12 studies.. You will build your skills in math and communications, along with taking additional courses that count toward your Adult 12 credits. By completing this program, you’ll gain a strong foundation and be prepared to move into an Adult 12 program accredited by the Ministry of Education.

Students who need to complete Adult 10 for entry into other programs can also achieve this through the Pathways to Adult 12 Program.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and out of high school for at least one year.
  • Completion of Adult Essential Skills
    Levels 1 & 2 or
  • Score at the Adult 10 level on an academic assessment. After you apply, we will contact you to complete the assessment.

LOCATION

  • Fond-Du-Lac

REQUIRED DOCMENTS

  • Certificates of Completion for Adult Essential Skills Levels 1 and 2 or a completed academic assessment showing skills at the Adult 10 level.

PROGRAM DATE

  • September 14, 2026 – June 18, 2027

APPLICATION DEADLINE

  • This program accepts students all year until all seats are taken. If the program is full, qualified students will be put on a waitlist.
Selection Process

FUNDING

  • Students living on-reserve may contact their band for information on possible funding opportunities.

ACCREDITATION

  • Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Education.

    To be deemed qualified, an applicant must meet the minimum entrance requirements and complete the application procedures which includes providing all required documents.

      • • If currently enrolled in high school, you must submit a Statement of Grades form.
