Electrical Foundations – Buffalo Narrows

This program is a 22-week program designed to prepare people who are interested in a career path as an Electrician. There will be 21 weeks of training and 1 week of direct industry experience achieved by either work placement or through special projects. The program prepares students to layout, assemble, install, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and related equipment in all types of building and other structures. This program includes all required learning outcomes to meet Saskatchewan Construction Electrician Apprenticeship Technical Training, Level One.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 11 or GED/Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC)
  • Workplace and Apprenticeship Mathematics 20 OR Foundations of Mathematics 20 OR Pre-Calculus 20
  • Grade 10 Science
