A good proposal doesn’t just outline what product or service you want to create or deliver. It will convince the reader that it is the only logical choice. Your participants will explore the proposal writing process, including the most common types of proposals.
The Proposal Writing workshop will take participants through each step of the proposal writing process, from understanding why they are writing a proposal; gathering information; writing and proofreading; and creating the final, professional product. Workshop objectives include:
- Identifying the purpose of a proposal
- Identifying different types of proposals
- Identifying and performing the steps in the proposal writing process
- Performing a needs analysis and writing a goal statement
- Preparing a proposal outline
- Improving writing skills with a variety of techniques
- Using appropriate resources and ghosting to build a strong case
Participants receive all course materials before class starts and can follow along with the course delivery with their materials.
