In response to increasing demand from both local communities and the mining sector, Northlands College is relocating its Mineral Exploration Techniques program to Buffalo Narrows, SK, on the west side of Northern Saskatchewan.
This strategic move comes as part of Northlands College’s ongoing efforts to provide industry-specific skills to Northern residents, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in the mining sector. With the focus shifting towards meeting the needs of industry partners, Northlands College is taking proactive steps to ensure that educational opportunities are readily accessible to rural communities.
