Health Studies Diploma

The two-year Health Studies diploma is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a career in the healthcare and human resources sector. This program offers a combination of in-person, remote, and online learning opportunities to ensure that learners from all locations in Northern Saskatchewan can participate. Graduates of the Health Studies diploma program may find careers in accounting, marketing, operations, personnel, or general administration.

Full- and part-time studies available.

Applicants must be proficient in the English language.

Learners will complete 60 credit units, including a combination of courses in Indigenous Studies, Indigenous Health Studies, English, Kinesiology, Psychology, Biology, and Statistics.

Graduates of the diploma program may be eligible to continue their studies on-campus in Regina to pursue a four-year Bachelor of Health Studies degree.

  • Grade 12 diploma with:
    • English Language Arts A30 and B30
    • Two courses from Category A (Maths & Sciences) or Category B (Languages & Social Sciences)
    • One course from Category A (Maths & Sciences), Category B (Languages & Social Sciences), or Category C (other approved courses)
