ESWP – Customer Service

This Essential Skills for the Workplace – Customer Service program is designed for adult learners who are interested in acquiring the skills needed to enter and succeed in the workplace. This is a level 1 and 2 program. Classes will be delivered in person.

Northlands College
Learners living off-reserve can apply for Social Income Assistance (SIS) and may be eligible for the Employment and Training Incentive (ETI) benefit. Learners living on-reserve may contact their band for more information on possible funding opportunities.
