ESWP – Customer Service Supervisor

This Essential Skills for the Workplace – Customer Service Supervisor program is
designed for adult learners who are interested in acquiring the skills needed to enter and succeed in the workplace. This is a level 3 and 4 program. This program will give you the skills in communication, coaching, and conflict that you need to be an effective supervisor. Learners in this program may register in courses towards obtaining their Adult 12. Classes will be delivered in person.
